  • Our free plan comes at no cost and does not require any payment.
  • Since there is no financial transaction involved, no refund applies to the free plan.

💼 Paid Plans

We offer transparent pricing for domain upgrades, premium support, and add-ons. Refund policy for paid plans is as follows:

1. One-Time Setup Fees

  • Setup or custom design charges (one-time payments) are non-refundable once work has started or been delivered.

2. Monthly/Annual Plans

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime, but we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the first payment, only if no domain mapping or customisation has been done.

3. Domain Purchases

  • Domains purchased through G2S on your behalf cannot be refunded, as domain purchases are non-reversible once registered.

  • After 7 days, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
